Directions
Adults chew one tablet slightly and allow to dissolve in the mouth 4 times daily for 1 week, then take twice daily for as long as needed. It is helpful to drink at least 4 eight ounce glasses of water each day.

These pills can freely be called a "miracle". They are effective in just five days of use and have solved the acne problem cases on some of my clients when I thought to give up because the situation was so bad.
More over the pills are natural product with no side effects at all and I had no complaints of any kind to report except that this is the best product ever.

Mixed results 
I started taking the tablets a few weeks ago. For the first week I took 4 a day and the results we instant - I didn't have any new pimples come up and they even cleared a minor skin infection (a reaction to a form of tea-tree oil) I had at the time. However, as soon as I reduced to 2 tablets a day my skin began flaring up again and now it worse than it has been for months! So I've decided to go back to 4 a day and see if this helps. Of course the tablets may have no effect on my skin and my 'up and down' skin might just be due to the British summer or something else.

Also Recommended: I was taking HRI Clear Complexion tablets for a couple of weeks before I switched to Acne Relief and they were controlling flare-ups well, so I may go back to these when my Acne Relief run out. These are available from most health shops/websites and Boots.

I bought Acne Relief for my daughter and the results are amazing. In two weeks her skin has cleared up. In the past dermatologist prescribed medicine that caused her to have side affects and takes a long time to see results. With Acne Relief the results are seen quicly and there are no side affects.
