Directions
By taking as suggested, maximum benefits will result. As a herbal decongestant take one capsule everyday 6-8 hours. Do not exceed three capsule per day. For the first three days take one capsule in the morning for the next 3 days take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon, not later than 2 p.m. After first week take 2 capsules in tyhe morning and one in the afternoon not to exceed three capsules daily. Take with food, and drink plenty of water. Use only on the advice of a health care practitioner if you have any questions or concerns.
